Did you ever see that Peter Ustinov movie called " The Mouse that Roared"? This piece reminds me of that. In the movie, which is set in the cold war period, this tiny European Kingdom which is so small that the Prime Minister is also the telephone operator, suddenly is wooed by both USA and Russia after they mistaken a school chemistry experiment gone bad as evidence that the country had nuclear weapons.
